Referral Policy

The North Carolina Association of Realtors has a very straightforward form used for referrals. Using this form for an agreement, I, or more technically, Springtree Realty, is willing to pay  20% of earned commission as a  referral fee for any buyer or seller referred. Payment will be made within one week of closing with a copy of the HUD statement to confirm amounts.

North Carolina law only allows referral fees to be paid to licensed brokers. If you wish to refer a client moving to the Triangle area to purchase  luxury or any residential property I will endeavor to treat them cordially and represent them professionally. To do so, contact me and I will open a file in Realfast and fill out my side of the form and email it to you with an electronic signature. You can fill out your information and the referral information and return them to me.
