Downtown Durham Video

Durham videographer Wil Weldon of Growler Productions and Jesse Turner, Landscape Architect and Photographer combined their talents to produce this video for our favorite condos in Downtown Durham. We started talking about doing something like this after Wil and Jesse saw the video in a post here entitled Real Estate Marketing on the Left Coast. As that post mentions, the trend to produce videos for high end properties is likely to reach this coast sooner or later and we wanted to see what it would take to produce one.

I’m pretty pleased with what came out of it.  It also does what I think needs to be done to market luxury properties in Durham, that is, promote Durham. Buyers aren’t just looking for a house, they want a neighborhood, a community and, especially in luxury property, amenities like fine restaurants and a lively cultural scene.  Durham’s got it and we’re ready to do more videos.
